Robin Keith is Chief Executive Officer of EcoLeaders, a network-based consulting group. Robin specializes in facilitating transformative organizational change, and is passionate about using her expertise to help organizations and networks achieve their strategic goals, especially in the nonprofit community. Robin previously led the Vision, Innovation and Strategy team at the San Diego Zoo. She has extensive experience in guiding strategic planning processes, improving non-profit governance, leading collective impact initiatives, and designing advocacy campaigns. Her approach is to work with and through people to envision shared futures and co-create transformational, sustainable solutions. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Nonprofit and Philanthropic Leadership at the University of San Diego.

I'm a San Diego native but went to college at USC (Fight On!) and medical school at Touro University California. I completed my family medicine residency training at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland and greatly enjoyed living in the beautiful and green Pacific Northwest for five years. My wife and I decided to move back to San Diego with our young family to be closer to family and to get back to blue skies, the beach, and sunshine.

Amy is an attorney, turned stay at home mom. Her passion for advocacy reached an apex when she became a mother. Since then, intentionally providing a childhood for her children while simultaneously navigating a fast paced world, has become job number one. With strong conviction, Amy believes that all children deserve a childhood, and that the education system should foster that sentiment. For this reason, the world of Waldorf resonated.
Amy is also passionate about the welfare of wildlife. She has had the privilege of working closely with animals in zoological settings; to include dolphins, sea lions, and tigers.

Founder and Principal at Brown Bird Creative, Vince has served the arts and education nonprofit sector as a graphic design, marketing, and communications consultant for over 21 years, working with organizations such as The Balboa Park Cultural District, CoTA Collaborations, transcenDANCE, and Art of Elan. Vince is also the Communications Consultant for Sparrow Academy, a former president of Sparrow's PTO - Nurturing Exceptional Students and Teachers, and is particularly passionate about public Waldorf education, with both of his children alumni of Sparrow.
